Official Raffle Rules

Great Futures Ride Street & Dirt Harley-Davidson Motorcycle & Polaris RZR 1000 Raffle 

This motorcycle raffle and fundraiser is conducted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of san juan county, herein referred to as “BGCSJC”.  All proceeds from the entries will benefit the non-profit organization Boys & Girls clubs ofSan Juan County a 501 (c)(3) organization chartered by the state of New Mexico.

1.0 ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age to enter. Paid employees & event volunteers including, but not limited to, senior staff, employees, and team members of BGCSJC along with members of their households, are eligible to participate with the purchase of tickets at advertised price.

2.0 FUNDRAISER DONATIONS: The raffle ticket price is not tax deductible as a contribution to the BGCSJC. The cost of a raffle ticket is priced at (1) ticket for $20, (6) tickets for $100, (35) tickets for $500, (75) tickets for $1000.

2.1 BGCSJC reserves the right to offer additional multi-entry purchase discounts through other applicable promotions. There is no maximum number of entries an individual may purchase. Only official entries will be accepted. There is no limit to how many total entries the BGCSJC can print and sell. Odds of winning are determined only by the total number of entries sold. Entries may be made via the Great Futures Ride website www.greatfuturesridesjc.com, Aztec Boys & Girls Club website www.aztecbg-club.com, Boys & Girls Club of Farmington website www.bgcfarmington.org, Boys & Girls Club of Bloomfield www.bloomfieldkids.org, and Fun Center Farmington / four corners indian motorcycle website www.funcentercyclesfarmington.com, www.fourcornersindianmotorcycle.com. Tickets may also be purchased in person at participating retail locations, Boys & Girls Clubs in San Juan County NM, and at certain events at which BGCSJC is present.

3.0 ENTRY SCHEDULE: The BGCSJC 2024 Raffle will commence on April 15, 2023, when entries were first promoted and then became available. BGCSJC reserves the right to run ticket promotions through October 12, 2024, and reserves the right to end any promotions at any time.  The random drawing will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 4PM MST. All electronic entries must be received by October 11, 2024, at 11:59 AM MST.  All electronic entries that are received after October 11, 2024, at 11:59 AM MST will default to the next year’s raffle. All raffle winning decisions are final.  BGCSJC reserves the right to change the date and time of the drawing by making such drawing date and time change notification on the Great Futures Ride Website, event day announcement and social media channels.

4.0 RECEIPT OF PRIZE:   The winners do not need to be present to win. The winners agree to arrange for removal of the Grand Prizes by October 31, 2024. The winners are responsible for transportation and delivery of the prizes.  The winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees including state and federal sales or income tax where applicable. BGCSJC will comply with all applicable tax requirements, including reporting and withholding requirements. BGCSJC will mail applicable tax forms to the winner of the raffle and report the prize to the IRS. BGCSJC will not be responsible for collecting the required withholdings upon the transfer of title of the automobile to the winner and remit to the appropriate authorities.

5.0 GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prizes are a 2024 Indian chieftan darkhorse or a 2024 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 Sport with a 77”x16’ Tophat Trailer.  The designated individual will randomly draw 1 ticket from the eligible entries.  The second ticket winner will not be drawn until the 1st ticket winner has selected their prize or 30 minutes has elapsed following the procedure defined in 5.1 below.    

5.1: Tickets Winners, who are not present, will be notified by phone at the time of the drawing.  One phone call and one message will be attempted on each phone number provided by the purchaser on the ticket.  The 1st ticket winner drawn will have 30 minutes to pick their choice of the two prizes.  If the 1st ticket winner does not answer and does not return a call within 30 minutes, the 2nd ticket winner will be drawn and will get to pick their choice between the two prizes.  The 1st ticket winner drawn will then receive the remaining prize.  In the event that neither the 1st or 2nd ticket winner drawn meets the call back procedure above, the first winner who returns the winning call will get their choice of the two prizes.  Only two winning tickets will be drawn during this raffle.

6.0 MEDIA RELEASE:  Prize winners authorize and grant permission to BGCSJC, as well as their agents, representatives, and other working under their authority, to take and use photographed, video recorded, or live-streamed image, likeness, voice, and name for all purposes, including marketing, commercial, or advertising purposes, and in all forms of media, without further consideration. Winner understands and agrees that no rights to any benefits are derived from the use of such image, likeness, voice, or name.

7.0 ENTRY LAWS:  The BGCSJC 2024 Raffle is subject to all applicable laws, state or federal, and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Entrants to this fundraiser are responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations based on their age, place of residence, etc.  The winners of the grand prize release the Boys & Girls of san juan county, its employees, stake holders, Board of Directors as well as Fun Center farmington, four corners indian motorcylce, and Don Reeves Auto Center from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident or death incurred with the use of this prize.

8.0 ENTRY RULES: It is BGCSJC’s right to amend, revise and interpret the Raffle Rules as it may see fit. It is expected that by donating money for an entry ticket, entrants will hold to the rules of entering as presented here.
